The compilation of safety data sheets (Third edition)

This code of Practice gives practical guidance ob regulations 5 and 6 of the Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply) Regulations 2002 (CHIP 3). This Code gives advice on how to comply with the law. It has a special legal status. If you are prosecuted for breach of health and safety law, and it is proved that you have not followed the relevant provisions of the Code, a court will find you at fault, unless you can show that you have complied with the law in some other way.

Approved Classification and Labelling Guide (Sixth edition)
